Move the decimal point 3 spaces to the left

Example

County: $150,000 x .003416 = $512.40
Municipal: $150,000 x .002 = $300.00
School: $150,000 x .01793 =  $2,689.50
Total: $150,000 x .0233460 = $3,501.90
