All “first time” agents will start in Plan
“A” Level 1 and will receive FREE personal mentoring.
·
Agents commission split will increase every 20 sales per the commission
schedule.
·
Agents may remain at Level 5 if they do not
wish to move to Level 6.
·
Agents coming from another real estate office
may include their career sales from other offices to qualify for the
appropriate commission level. (Evidence of prior sales required)

Full-Time Agents only: Once an agent
completes Level 3, they may skip a level provided they sign an employment
agreement equal to one year per level skipped. To skip two levels, agent
must sign a 2-year employment agreement.
Our
"Agent Success Program" takes the number of career sales you have settled
and compensates you according to your career experience (including
experience from other offices). Our program increases your commission
split as your number of career settled units increase. It never resets to
a lower commission split just because it’s a new year! It’s the perfect
program for new agents, semi-experienced agents, and seasoned agents!
How can we make such a great
offer? Real Choice Real Estate, Inc., is not part of a franchise,
and therefore pays no franchise fees. This allows us to pass more of
the commission back to our agents.
